Session, and more.

I approached this presentation expecting to hear a lot of talk about recipes, mixing flavors, and cooking times. It turns out that the emphasis is not on food, but on cooking itself, on kitchens and restaurants.

Place proper time constraints.

Shine in front of your peers: it’s the only environment where you have the flexibility.

Trust your staff, and treat with respect.

Ask people’s opinon to gain their trust. Adaptive PAth has taken on an Open Design Session strategy. This is an opportunity to engage the project designer’s thinking and assumptions (internally) and find an elevated solution. Expose your design decisions to scrutiny.
